Your role

You’ll lead a multi-functional development team within our Engineering department in Bucharest using the latest tools and agile techniques to solve complex problems at scale. You and your team will be accountable to develop, deliver and support features from start to finish.

Frontend Developer

Responsibilities

  • Providing high quality and performant code to further the value of the product based on industry trends and clients requests
  • Creating new features with new functionalities
  • Adding additional improvements for existing features
  • Writing unit tests for the projects you are working on
  • Meeting project deadlines and working closely with our QA team to achieve that
  • Reporting and fixing any possible issues with the system that you may encounter
  • Participating in team meetings and actively taking part in planning discussions
  • Reporting directly to our development coordinator.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • In depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
  • Experience in using a CSS framework (Bootstrap);
  • Experience with JavaScript libraries/frameworks (jQuery / Angular)
  • Good experience in developing UI components, following design specifications
  • Experience with repositories (e.g. Subversion/Git)
  • Proficient use of the English language, spoken and written
  • Ability to create unit tests
  • Good communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Linux/Debian experience.
